Vintage Blue and White Ming Style Ewer (Made in Singapore)

SGD 128.00

Believe it or not, this is one the rare blue and white porcelain pieces that was made by a now defunct porcelain factory (based on Mr Cheong’s memory, it was located in Tuas).

This vintage blue and white porcelain water pitcher from the 1980s captures the timeless elegance reminiscent of the distinguished Ming dynasty. Its intricate design features classic motifs that showcase the artistry of traditional Chinese ceramics. The deep blue glaze contrasts beautifully with the pure white background, embodying a sense of refinement and sophistication.

Crafted using methods that respect age-old techniques, this pitcher is not merely a functional piece but also a stunning decorative object. The graceful curves and well-defined handle enhance its aesthetic appeal, making it a striking addition to any collection or table setting. This piece allows one to appreciate the rich heritage of Chinese porcelain while enjoying the charm of 20th-century design.
